Purchases can be made even in the absence of account registration by properly indicating order and delivery details.

However, account registration has the advantage of allowing you to save items consulted and saved as favorites nlle shopping list and many others.

Shipping

Our shipments are entrusted to the express courier T.N.T., which will deliver in 24/48 hours the product available in stock to the address given in an anonymous package that does not allow the contents to be revealed.

The shipping cost for Italy and the islands is set at €5.00 including VAT.

Contact T.N.T.

You can contact the nearest T.N.T. office to quickly and directly resolve issues concerning the delivery of your package (absent recipient, address not found, etc.). Our customer service also remains at your complete disposal at all times.

Delays and damaged deliveries

All packages leave our warehouse perfectly packed and on time. It may rarely happen that the courier delivers later than its guaranteed time (always expressed on full working days). Should this occur please notify us so that we can complain to the courier company ourselves. It may also happen that the package arrives damaged due to the mishandling of the courier company itself. In this case, we recommend that you always view the package before signing the pickup and in case the package is not perfect to the eye, sign with reservation (special clause to be placed on the pickup sheet that you sign to the courier). Otherwise, we will not be able to retaliate against the courier for the damage. Again, contact us immediately and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible.
